Position Summary
Salesforce developer will be responsible to deliver high quality service to Rimnini Street in SFDC platform. This position will play a key role in Setup, configure, design, develop solutions using best practices to implement and improvise business processes, as well as troubleshoot and support daily operations in salesforce.com
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop page layouts, field additions, permissions and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages, APEX, triggers, etc.
- Setup, configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and SF based Apps in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates.
- Provide administration and development expertise, as well as assist in application support tasks.
- Implement SF AppExchange apps in Salesforce platforms
- Track, manage and resolve daily support requests, issues, and administrative needs of users, business stakeholders.
- Enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security practices.
- Ability to articulate business requirements clearly and concisely
- Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the SFDC application.
