Should have played the role of SCM for at least 6 years and overall experience is expected to be 12+ years
Manage each projects scope, effort, and schedule
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Be agile coach to the team members
Good understanding of building robust agile dashboards
Excellent communication and effective collaboration with internal and external stake holders Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, run daily scrum meetings. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Build a self-reliant team
Good knowledge of Scrum boards and working knowledge of JIRA Confluence
Should have knowledge in Retail domain
Should have strong knowledge in Data related tools and technologies
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Model is added plus
Scrum master certification is a plus.

Report on Program Status and identify and resolve issues.

Financial Management- Effectively utilize budget on appropriate heads ensuring lean and optimized business operations cost
Drive Business Propositions- Initiate, Conceptualize and build business propositions for customer growth and enablement
Project Planning and Tracking- Track, Monitor, Build and update project Plans and report on issues related to completion, performance, and budgeting
Onsite-Offshore communication- Establish, maintain and improve onsite-offshore communication.
