Role:
- Ideal candidate will join a Global HR Services Team working in a highly visible and exciting role as a Business Analyst.
- Candidate will connect to cross-functional partners at local, regional, and global levels, working closely with Product and Project Owners to identify, document, propose, and implement enhancements to existing product and service offerings.
Job Description:
- Gather requirements and provide data analysis in support of existing products
- Document business processes and serve as a reference for daily product support
- Track metrics and build reports to measure progress against targets
- Maintain issue log and end-user documentation (FAQs)
- Explain how requirements may be implemented; drive and improve user experience
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve product delivery efficiency
- Forecast and assess strategic outlooks to build portfolio standardization
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience
- Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) business processes and best practices
- Strong Microsoft skill set, specifically Excel and Visio
- Experience gathering requirements and collaborating on a product vision
- Familiarity with Tableau and ability to turn analysis into data-driven recommendations
- Thorough understanding of business processes and product delivery
- Experience working with Agile Project and Product teams
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to problem solve and deliver in a fast-paced environment
