Requirements: 
Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. 
Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required. 
PC, spreadsheet, and database skills strongly preferred. 
Excellent SQL and SAS skills with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity. 
Business Operations fluency and the ability to both understand and interpret business problems. 
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. 
Database skills strongly preferred. 
Experience with SAS and SQL, advanced experience strongly preferred. 
Experience with Python or other scripting language. 
Experience with data visualization and manipulation tools. 
Experience in business operations, preferably in health care
