As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be providing architecture and leadership on a full-stack analytics platform which encompasses database, data lake, compute cluster, AI/ML/BI libraries and execution environments, cloud compute infrastructure, interactive web UI's, automation, ETL/ETL and other related technologies. This is an internal as well as externally facing position, requiring the ability to work with prospective and current customers on solving some of the most difficult use cases in the industry.
Duties will include:
- Explore and evaluate technology options
- Build prototypes for specific business use cases and general platform enhancements and extensions
- Interact with customers to understand business problems, use cases and requirements
- Build specific customer requested features such that they can be integrated into the product
- Build solution functionality for specific business solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in defining development best practices, tool chains, techniques, and patterns.
- Develop and demo prototypes, new technologies and techniques to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work with development and engineering teams to guide feature and functionality of the platform
- Setup development environment
- Participate in development activities as needed
- Help resolve technical issues related to design and performance
- Develop architecture and requirement collateral such as diagrams, PowerPoint, prototypes, notebooks, instructions, etc. for both internal and external use.

Skills and experience:
- Ability to provide demonstrations and education to junior developers up to senior executives
- Development experience which may include full-stack web, database/warehouse, analytics, data engineering or any related experience.
- Data Architecture & Data Modelling
- Knowledge of Performance tuning
- Knowledge of Cloud Design patterns
- Realtime analytics, messaging, streaming, etc.
