o Elicit and document business requirements and write Epics, Features and User Stories to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholder’s requirements.
o Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures.
o Perform gap/impact analysis for migration of existing WCM sites from current WCM platform to a future state WCM platform.
o Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Master in prioritizing the backlog, grooming Features and User Stories and facilitate sprint review meetings with business stakeholders.
o Work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA teams and UI/UX designers to validate associated testing approach and traceability of business requirements/user stories to implementations.
o Work closely with Product Manager and Development Manager to understand the product vision and needs of business stakeholders.
o Ability to run daily stand-up as a scrum master
o Maintain collaboration tools for Features, Stories and Defects on Jira and/or Jira Align
Qualifications/skills
o At least 5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst in the digital space with hands-on experience working in an agile development environment as part of a scrum team member.
o Experience of working in the financial services industry is a must.
o Combination of attention to detail with a broad perspective of the business needs is critical.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office products
o Working knowledge and SAFe certification
