As a business analyst you will:

• Perform analyses, data comparisons and file updates

• Prepare formulary files and data files

• Do ad hoc analyses, prepare files for review and perform file review for accuracy

• Work in formulary applications such as RxFlex and with Excel templates

• Participate with team members in performing testing and validations

• Prepare claims review files and guidebook

• Identifies and drives process improvements.

• Creates and maintains documentation of key team tasks.

Requirements:

• Two or more years’ experience working as a business analyst

• Experience using Microsoft programs as a business analyst, with advanced Excel skills. One year or more Excel experience and other general reporting tools.

• One year or more direct Medicare Part D experience (Formulary experience is a plus), preferably in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or with a Health Plan

• Strong and clear communication skillset – email and during meetings

• Highly organized and ability to function in environment with 100% accuracy requirements, very high level of attention to detail, multiple concurrent demands, and short
