SoftwareEngineer, Web Server (R&D)
MUST Have
- Azure or AWS experiences a Plus
- Fast learner. Willing and able to quickly get up to speed with new technologies and skills
- MVVM a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Windows desktop application development (.NET WPF/Windows Forms), a plus
- Knowledge of printing systems, fonts or graphics a plus
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies a plus
- Experience in development of Xamarin applications is a plus
- Experience in development in a cross-platform environment is a plus
- Experience in development of InstallShield is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree required
- 6 years experience with C#, .NET, and Angular JS are required
- Demonstrates proficiency in UI Development
- Knowledge of Software Design, Development, and best practices
- Demonstrates strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates fluency in English
- Acts as a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented player
- Acts as a strong team player
Job Summary:
The Software Engineer will be responsible fordeveloping new and update existing software for label printers across multipleplatforms.
This position will:
- Provide the opportunity to learn the latest technologies in the Microsoft stack
- Provide the opportunity to learn and work in a variety of platforms including iOS and Android
- Be part of a small focused team that will influence the future direction of Printer Software.
