- Provide hands-on development and mentoring as necessaryfor all members of the team to ensure team and project success.
- Work closely with product owner and teammembers to decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks.
- Prototype, validate and create specificapplication solutions for the business.
- Lead team in execution of development pipelineand delivery of the organizations software products to QA, and ultimately toProduction.

6 years of Web application development focusedon back end APIs - Bachelor's degree from 4-year accredited degree grantingcollege or university is preferred, or equivalent experience - Provenexperience developing and implementing applications, particularly web-enabledapplications using: - Back End Technologies/Concepts: C# , ASP.NET, .Net Coreand RESTful API design - Database Technologies/Concepts: Relational(SQL/Oracle) and Document Based (No-SQL/MongoDB) Architectures - Environment:Cloud Based Microsevices (Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry is stronglydifferentiating) - Solid understanding in web application environments anddevelopment tools, event-driven application development, session statemanagement, web configuration and deployment strategies, security andperformance tuning, and debugging methodologies - Comfortable with continuousintegration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principlesand implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automateddeployment pipeline tools - Experience with Atlassian tool suite is stronglypreferred: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo - Must possess excellent verbaland written communication skills - Effective time management.
