Job Description:
Requirement Description:
• The ideal candidate will possess both the techno-functional and business background that enables them to work with multiple technology and business team to demonstrate ability to think broadly and strategically about the overall program.
• Should be able to perform RTR Business Analyst / Architect role. Understand business process, Propose SAP RTR solutions and define system build strategy
• Should be able to demonstrate RTR skills in Merger and Acquisition of new legal entity, IHC, Bank Accounting, Treasury, Money Market, Business consolidation, AR and AP process, provide utility to integrate systems SAP and Non SAP
• The resource will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations requiring an understanding of technical, stakeholder and project management expectations.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement Project deliverables and reporting needs to support delivery governance and steering committee
• Work with implementation partner and internal product teams to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track expectations according to the overall project plan.
• Apply strong knowledge of FICO system for designing, developing, testing and understand Business requirement for SAP FICO S/4 HANA ERP functions including integration with downstream and upstream application.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
• Relevant experience in SAP S4 HANA FICO modules including:
o GL, Fixed Asset, Material ledger, Actual costing, Transfer Pricing, Closing/opening periods and Account based COPA
• Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.
Qualifications:
• 12 + years of experience in managing large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams from business and technology
• Experience of SAP S4 HANA Implementation with complex upstream and downstream integration
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads as per Business needs
• Minimum 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs as a Lead or an RTR Architect
• Good understanding of FICO Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems
• 12+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience working with Business community in a broad, global organization.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Has worked on Merger and Acquisitions in previous projects
• Should have strong team-oriented multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables, etc.
• Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in an ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management, excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
