 Please note this role will involve acoding exercise. This candidate doesn’t just need to know what lightning webcomponents are, but how actually build them – share your screen and letme see you code kind of thing….I guess you can set the expectation that we arein need of hands on experience – solid salesforce coding chops – and those willbe need to be displayed as part of the interview with Schwab (setting theexpectation that we need hands on practical experience in writing code – versusthe theoretical knowledge of how salesforce components are built andstructured).

Requirements:

- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including experience in Salesforcedesign and development

- 4 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning

- 3 years of experience with hands on Lightning Web Component (LWC) development

-Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflow, triggers, visualforce, apexcoding and batch

-Knowledge of integration of Salesforce with backend systems synchronous andasynchronous

- Strongexperience working on complex implementations

- Strongexperience with debugging

- Strongexperience with code refactoring/performance improvement

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written andverbal communication skills

-Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or arelated field

- Priorexperience with Java/Javascript development

- PriorFinancial Industry/Brokerage experience

- Platform Developer IICertification (or equivalent)
