# Should work as advisor consultant to the customer on end to end journey to Mainframe migration to Cloud.
# Assessment of on-Prem infra landscape, recommend strategy, roadmap and structured plan for Mainframe Migration to Cloud.
# Develop complex, end to end, enterprise scale solutions for Mainframe Migration to Cloud.
# Excellent in communication skills with considerable exposure in Client facing role.
# Adaptation experience of Mainframe code into these environments, compiler know how, remediation refactor experience of code
# Knowledge of achieving scale and performance of these applications
# Experience on effectively configuring Interfaces, storage, security in these environments
# Facilitate Migration of Mainframe applications into these environments
# 5 years of experience fixing issues, providing work around in these environments
# Ability to work with extended teams across location, train teams as necessary for productive development
# Experience in: MF COBOL, C ICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, Assembler, Debug, Control-M, TWS - will be an advantage
A Technical Architect defines and owns the technical architecture of systems to deliver business objectives while ensuring quality standards.
They are responsible for high- level requirement gathering, consulting, design, development, and review of the technical architecture as per business requirements.
They enable the creation of designs and frameworks for models and validate their adherence with the overall architecture.
They also help create performance benchmarks of the system and establish best practices.

# Ability to conceptualize the design and develop of technical systems as per requirements
# Responsible for handling the technical tracks of architecture consulting and product selection
# Responsible for steering requirements as an SME to identify and achieve business goals efficiently
# Optimize performance of systems and create reference benchmarks as well as suggest best practices
# Understand technology stack in depth in the project
# Drive effort reduction through use of efficient architecture design and technical solutions
