JOB DETAIL

Full responsibility for web analytics needs across analytics platformsManage the processes for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web sitesEnsure data integrity & documentation of tracking standardsTroubleshoot and debug analytics implementationWork across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics trackingEngage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirementsDeliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experienceGenerate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on dataProvide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA supportProactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancementsManage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives both current and future.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope and project scheduleMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersMeet with clients to take requirements, refine them and clarify when neededDelegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop and maintain project related documents and other artifacts
