•    A seasoned Senior Salesforce Administrator to design and configure platform solutions. You will have the opportunity to drive efficiency and effectiveness of our growing sales and customer service teams to help them thrive.
 
This position gives you the opportunities to:
•    Meet directly with business partners to help them realize their vision in Salesforce 
•    Work alongside a team of experienced and hardworking Salesforce Product Managers, Administrators, Developers, and Technical Architects
•    Support data management initiatives using tools like Workbench and DataLoader
•    Support with the implementation of third-party products which might include working alongside other engineering teams
•    Be an active participant in backlog development as well as backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings
•    Drive improvements in team operations by creating documentation, processes, and best practices
•    Have the opportunity to help build and scale the Salesforce team as we continue to grow
 
Who you are
•    A Salesforce administrator with 5+ years of experience or 2+ year experience in a Salesforce consulting role
•    A Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder
•    Proficiency working in a Lightning environment to improve its benefits and overcome its challenges
•    Expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
•    Experienced in implementing and designing Salesforce solutions across different industries and managing installed packages and/or connected apps
•    Advanced in collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to translate their needs into solutions and deliver projects on time.
•    Experience working within an Agile environment and acting as a mentor for junior team members.
