During Design phase, is to work with customer to collect requirements for integration, define project scope and milestones. During implementation phase, this role will ensure the project is progressing as planned and communic ate to customer about progress.
Experience and Skills
# Experience in a business analyst or related role, with demonstrated experience with gathering requirements, and working with third party vendors to implement new solutions.
# Experience with operational business processes, in particular Order to Cash
# Experience with Salesforce.com
# Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
# Knowledge of industry standard methodologies, tools and processes for business and process analysis.
# Ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audie nces, both verbally and in writing.
# Experience writing test scenarios intended to verify achievement of documented requirements and established success criteria.
Roles:
# Serve as primary liaison between the user community and the IT Technic al team, ensuring that business processes and requirements are clear, measurable and articulated in a manner that allows the technical team to propose, estimate and construct appropri ate solutions.
# Build strong relationships with internal business peers and develop maintain an understanding of the business process areas that require automated solutions.
# Lead requirements gathering activities, including facilitating workshops, focus groups, interviews, conference room pilots, etc.
# Manage projects following the Sophos project management methodology including preparation of Project Charter, co-ordination of project tasks, and preparation of project status reports.
# Model current and future state business processes and ask questions needed to fully understand business objectives and elicit refine complex business requirements necessary to achieve them. Ensure requirements and solutions proposed map clearly to objecti ves established.
# Analyze business requirements.
