         Managing projects using Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology

·         Managing project teams of technical, program, and contract staff to complete tasks within estimated time frames and budget

·         Creating and managing project schedules

·         Managing project costs and budgets

·         Managing issues and risks

·         Managing changes to scope, schedule, and cost

·         Developing and delivering formal status updates and presentations to project sponsors

·         Managing contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and building productive relationships with vendors

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or a minimum of seven (7) years equivalent work experience

b.       Preferred Experience or Skills / Abilities

·         Experience managing the development of an enterprise digital strategy

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

·         Experience working in the governmental sector (local, state, or federal)

·         MBA or Masters degree

·         Planview Enterprise One project and portfolio management software

·         Agile Scrum methodology

·         Atlassian Jira software
