Must and Should have Order to Cash Experience
- Liaison with technology, product, sales, operations, legal, and business teams regarding all products, enhancements, and migrations to ensure business readiness (billing, onboarding, contracting, etc) (30%)
- Lead data quality activities that impact verifiers and employers to assess business impact and ensure resolution (20%)
- Support projects for internal process and infrastructure improvements and migrations (10%)
- Point of escalation for system-wide bugs, off-cycle promotions, general production issues, and user access maintenance (web, integration, batch) (10%)
- Coordinate internal support team communication and training on product features and delivery(10%)
- Provide assistance in voice of client and product driven initiatives
- Provide approvals for operational commitments made in contracts as needed
- Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as needed
- Support development of service models necessary for growth initiatives as defined by growth playbook
- Support revenue retention to meet established retention goals
