Roles and Responsibilities

Job description: 

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthySales Managerto help us build up our business activities. The Sales Managerresponsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Job responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Continuously generate and pre-qualify new leads and ensure steady growth in lead pipeline
  • Constantly outreach to prospective clients, pitch the products/solutions offered by INTECH, demo sessions along with the Product Manager, Sales Manager and Operations
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Support the Sales team in lead conversion (sales) where applicable
  • Gather and report client feedbacks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field. MBA would be nice to have.
  • Min of 5 and Max 8 years of proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in Lead Generation’ for Software service industry is must.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
  • Experience in US market preferred.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Navigator and similar platform is a plus to have.
