Position Summary

The Business Analyst role works with our large and growing team of Sales, Support, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations personnel. The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for design, development & maintenance of the databases, reports, analysis purposes

  • Analyzing business data at all levels to generate meaningful insights.
  • Own the design, development & maintenance of the databases, reports, analysis,
  • Proven capabilities in building new complex weekly reports from source data for forecast and analysis for executive team.
  • Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales/ Marketing/Client Success Departments
  • Assemble weekly reports, analysis, and forecast packs for sales managementSetup reports and dashboards for sales team in Salesforce.com
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to determine key metrics and trends for sales planning purposes
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
  • Perform territory analysis to identify issues and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work with sales management and other sales ops team members to jointly develop and implement process/policies
  • Evaluate, procure, and manage tools for sales team to improve sales productivity
  • Support ad hoc requests from sales team in your assigned region

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Experience
  • Minium 8+ years' experience in Business Analytics/ Sales Operation in a Software or SaaS company, or equivalent related work experience.Skills
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce.com and MS Office is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Qlik or related tool is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the on premise and software as a service software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work in cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work in highly virtual environments and teams.
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively as a team player.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, emerging tech company environment.
  • Ability to identify process improvement themes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office.
  • Working understanding of Qlik is preferred.
