Provide technical support for Salesforce within the IT Security Team including managing workflows, merges and basic field updates.
Daily administration, configuration and support of the Salesforce platform including managing user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Responsible for maintaining the functional areas including account and contact management, cases, orders, communities, managed packages, and complex integrations, and ensuring data integrity throughout our Salesforce system
Ideally, 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Admin.
