IT PM's with experience in CAPEX and OPEX as it relates to "cost allocation" preferably in Planview or similar tool. Must have MS Projects experience. Preferred experience in Jira and managing projects in Point of Sale (POS), Customer Loyalty, Private Label Credit Card (PLCC)
