JOB DETAIL

•             Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA preferred.

•             At least 10 years of Information Technology experience as Business consultant/Sr. BSA or Functional Lead

•             U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

•             Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

•             Experience in Retirement Business domain such as 401k, 403b, IRA etc.

•             Experience in performing data analysis and working in product development environment

•             Should have atleast 8yrs of experience in performing the role of Sr. BSA/Functional Lead in Banking/Investment/Financial organizations.

•             As a Sr. BSA/Functional lead, should have Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability and in talking to business stakeholders/POs in gathering the requirements, analysis and documenting the requirements

•             Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications

•             Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non-technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.

•             Adaptable self-starter who is skilled at creating structure in complex project environments

•             Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements

•             Experienced in SAFe Agile practices and end to end agile project life cycle implementation

•             Should have extensive experience in ALM tools JIRA/Confluence for documenting the requirements and user stories in with clear DOD/Acceptance criteria

•             Should have experience in documenting and maintenance of RTM for complex project/product requirements.

•             Experienced and Willingness to perform functional/manual testing of the developed business functionalities

•             Experienced in Development of training materials for business stakeholders

•             Strong domain knowledge of retirement plans such 401k, 403b, IRA etc. are preferable.

•             Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO.

•             Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management

•             Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with the Business and Product Owners
