testing Test Plan

Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise models and documentation.

· Highly effective at working in cross-functional groups and getting results in matrix organizations.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities.

· Solid Back End Testing experience by writing complex SQL Queries.

· Excellent working knowledge in Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimates, Test Requirements and Test Case.

· Knowledge of QA automation processes.

· Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and ETL is mandatory - Informatica experience is nice to have.

· Preferred to have online payments and related finance domain experience.

· Strong analysis and problem solving skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across time zones.

· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements

Responsibilities

· Review Project requirements and document the Use Cases for testing.

· Create, maintain, and execute functional and regression test cases; track resolution of data load defects.

· Proactively write test cases for anticipated failure scenarios and integrate them into the automation/in-house suite.

· Understand and learn the inhouse tools build for data loads

· Validate Data Loads and document the findings/results for UAT.

· Prepare Detailed Test Reports summarizing testing steps and results.

· Understand processes and standards from compliance standpoint.

· Multi-tasking ability with minimal supervision.

· Work with various business units to crystallize business needs into product features.

· Work with engineering team in developing innovative solutions that meet market standards.

· Report defects in a timely fashion and work with the Development team to track and manage defects until resolved.

· Prepare Test Coverage and Defects Metrics to substantiate release decisions.

· Assist in on-going process improvement efforts related to Quality.
