- Supported Onboard business needs
- Achieved Operational excellence in handling Incident management and Risk management areas
- Facilitated Contact Center Business Managers to leverage to adopt and assist agents in AI, Cloud ML and emerging Transcription models
Technical Skills:
- Carry PMP & ITIL foundation knowledge
- Excellent in document drafting skills to write Work Doc, Process Docs, User manuals, Guidelines frameworks
- Should closely work with clients to get the pulse of weekly impact management reports
- Present and work upon weekly outages
- Handle high end technical issues related to contact centre telecom
Education & Former Experience:-
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, 3-5 years as a lead
