• Under minimal supervision, analyzes project schedules and provides recommendations for corrective action when necessary.
• Analyzes data from financials and communicates results. Collaborates with management to ensure proper resources are scheduled for each project.
• Independently evaluates accuracy of project settlements.
• Assists with the implementation of consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying projects.
• Troubleshoots project management tools, develops processes and procedures for improvement of the tool.
• Develops relationships through excellent communication skills and acts as a key resource to provide project support as needed.
• Project data and financial data management in SAP
• Develops data visualization charts and reports using Business Intelligence software’s for project managers

• SAP: Experience in SAP Project and Financial Modules
• ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL: Microsoft Excel 2016 with experience in using pivot tables, analyze worksheet data, utilize data tools
• VISUAL BASIC FOR APPLICATIONS: Experience in creating custom excel macros
• PROJECT 2016: Experience in reviewing and updating project plans, charters and schedules
• MICROSOFT POWERBI: Experience in creating data visualization dashboards
