Summary of the job:

We are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team who is passionate about solving customer problems, shipping high-quality & delightful products, and providing a stellar experience to customers. This product manager role will require an ownership mentality and be focused on supporting build out and growth of the onboarding product experience within the product, client's new mobile-first banking platform.

Responsibilities: Define and document business and product requirements based on applicable constraints. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions. Monitor and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing. Determine what success looks like; monitor and report on product KPIs. Develop process flows, system flows, and data models using modelling and process tools.

Required skills/experience/education:

2 years of experience as a Product Manager and  Business Analyst. Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and financial services industries. A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love. Working knowledge of agile development methodologies. Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a varied group of stakeholders. The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines. The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving. A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition.

skills/experience education:

Experience with consumer-facing mobile products. SQL and database analysis.
