Summary

Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multipleinternal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.

Produce actionable reports that show key performanceindicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and displayroot cause analysis of problems.

Use analytics and metrics to improve processes andprovide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of newbusiness initiatives.

Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders andprovide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.

Experience with Excel, R, python, Matlab, SAS orsimilar

Experience with statistical or other data miningmethodologies

WhatQualifications You Need

Degree in Computer Science/Management InformationSystems or related field

2-3 years of relevant experience

Experience with Excel, R, python, Matlab, SAS orsimilar

Strong knowledge of and experience with Dashboardingtools: Kibana and painless scripting, also familiarity with Microsoft Power BI,Tableau, Splunk

Knowledge of data processing/log collector tools:LogStash, FluentD

Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL DBs and ElasticSearch

Strong understanding of and experience with AWSservices like IAM, CloudFormation, SNS, SQS, Cloudwatch, QuickSight
