  • Extensive experience leading and managing SAP projects including Analytics tracks
  • Good understanding of various SAP Analytics tools including SAP BW/4, SAP S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP HANA Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Experience managing Agile projects in SAP landscape
  • Experience managing global teams to deliver projects in an onsite/offshore model
  • Good understanding of various SAP Functional areas
  • Experience managing various aspects of Projects including developing Project Plan, Resource Plan, Cut-over plan, Client Communication, Budget tracking and Release activities
  • Experience working with Digital transformation initiatives
  • Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills
  • Hands-on while delivering projects
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills
  • Delivery management and execution of multiple medium to large analytic projects
  • Working with the Sales Head to fully understand business requirements and desired business outcomes
  • Defining detailed analytic scope and methodology, and creating analytic Project and CUT Over plan
  • Executing on the analytic plan with appropriate data mining and analytic techniques
  • Performing QA on data and deliverables by team and own deliverables
  • Ensuring all project documentation is up to date and all projects are reviewed per analytic plan
  • Ensuring project delivery within timelines and budget requirements
  • Managing a team of analysts, with responsibility for team performance and career development
  • Building on team s analytical skills and business knowledge
  • Managing team workload, providing prioritization guidance for the project flow conducted by the team to improve process efficiency
  • Enhancing existing analytic techniques by promoting new methodology and best practices in analytics field
  • Providing subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex data driven analytic projects
