o Conducting requirements gathering sessions with application owners, development teams, and business partners (park operations, human resources, etc.) to identify specific use cases, business scenarios, and constraints that will require custom solutions to align with IAM policy enhancements o Documenting and refining requirements, aligning IAM policy with inputs from technology, business, and operational partners, for use in technical solutioning and estimation o Relying on IAM expertise to apply policy updates to specific DPEP use cases to solve for technical, business, and operational challenges o Partner with business and technical teams to develop quality controls including acceptance criteria, testing strategies and user-acceptance testing o Refines business requirements to a sufficient level of detail to allow Architects and Software Engineers to design and implement appropriate solutions o Collaborating with DPEP Cybersecurity and multiple DPEP T&D teams to define practical solutions and translate policy concepts and business use cases into executable requirements (user stories, epics, and other appropriate product deliverables) o Provide ongoing subject matter expertise and advisement to application owners and development teams as they progress through remediation activities o Manage the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are understood by the project team and met by the delivered solution.

o Assist the Project Manager in identifying and documenting risks, issues and dependencies and change requests o Provide DPEP Cybersecurity Program Management team with regular status of assigned tasks (through informal meetings, presentations, emails)

- Basic Qualifications

o 5+ years of experience in the technology/digital industry o Bachelor’s degree or higher o Technical product management/business analysis experience o Identify & Access Management Cybersecurity technology domain expertise o Experience working with technical architectures including a foundational understanding of digital technologies, services/APIs, frontend, and backend development o Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical teams o Experience translating business needs into application requirements o Experience identifying technical, user and business issues in an organization o Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies o Experience with application, scope, and project management tools (such as ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence, Smartsheet) o Excellent written and verbal communication o Ability to work independently with minimal direction; manages own work to deliver according to project schedules o Ability to pay close attention to detail and produce work with a high level of accuracy
