• Responsible for organizing, managing, andtracking the work effort for the deployment team.
• Develops and manages all aspects of deploymentteam engagement, from planning, external vendor relationships, communications,resources, change, risks, and issues.
• Reports on project success criteria results,metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Sets and continually manages project expectationswhile delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
• Develops and delivers progress reports,proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences,including project team and key stakeholders.
• Identifies and develops trusted adviserrelationships with project and program stakeholders and sponsors.
• Facilitates the estimation and allocation ofresources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts withinthe project team; escalates issues to the appropriate level in order to achieveresolution when required.
• Identifies and manages deploymentdependencies.
