•             Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification. ACP will be considered.

•             At least 2 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team

•             Experience starting a new scrum team

•             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

•             Demonstrated experience in software delivery

Critical skills:

•             Proficiency with Jira

•             Ability to facilitate scrum events and meetings

•             Recognize and act to resolve team conflict

•             Negotiation and impediment removal

•             Forecasting, estimation & planning

•             Coaching in Agile practices (to include enforcing the team rules)

•             Servant leadership & agile mindset

•             Valuable secondary skills and experience (helpful, but not required) o Experience leading two Agile scrum teams simultaneously
