- 5+ years related experience
- Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies for large data center and campus networks utilizing Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and ACI
- Experience working with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF in a large complex network environment
- Experience configuring/administering LAN/WAN/MAN communications and network hardware such as Cisco routers, switches, VPN and firewalls
- Experience with IPSEC tunnels and building IPSEC VPNs using certificate auth and trust points
- Strong experience in troubleshooting network issues and operations
- Experience working with Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
- Experience with firewall products (i.e., Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto)
- Experience with server load balancing and VPN configurations (i.e. F5 and Cisco ASA)
- Experience working with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and SNMP
- Project and time management skills
- Experience leveraging Python scripting with a focus on network automation preferred
- Ability to work alone or in groups, managing multiple projects and finding solutions to keep projects on task.
- Must have attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies
- Work occasional after hours work assignments including participation in an on-call rotation
- Ability to clearly write process, analysis, and solution documentation
- Proven ability to accurately interpret, document, and deliver customer requirements
- Ability to successfully communicate technical details to a wide variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals
- Palo Alto, F5, Infoblox, Cisco IOS, NX-OS
