Infrastructure Project Manager
Overview of Project: 
This engagement is to support the Retail divestiture which includes 3200 users globally. There is considerable work to
separate/segregate for Day 1. The deal is targeted to sign September 30, 2022 and close March 31, 2022. To support this
program seeking a resource with Project Management (PM) skillset. The PM role is needed to assist with preparation for Day 1
Readiness. It is expected that this resource would continue PM support as well as transition into Post Day 1 TSA Exit plans.
Role with Johnson Controls to provide M&A Infrastructure Project Manager. This role will work with infrastructure Service
Delivery Leaders and M&A Infrastructure Lead to support infrastructure activities pre and post close. Below are some
examples:
 Identification and refresh of asset schedules identifying RemainCo vs NewCo hardware
 Working with local Field IT for site surveys of comingled sites
 Leading the separation of shared email boxes and distribution lists
 Establishing email domain, assignment of transferring employees to new email for Day 1
 Driving remediation of desktop applications to be removed by Day 1
 Implementing security groups and logically and/or physically securing portals and SharePoint sites
 Supporting OTC FaaS resource re-badging and FW changes as needed for application access
 Coordinate with NewCo to review proposed TSA exit plans and organize sessions to confirm support and resource
needs, draft quote and submit for approval
Timeline: 
This work is for approximately 6 months from the start date with the potential for extensions up to 18 months

Requirements:
 8 - 5 years of experience in technology including infrastructure in various areas and environments. 
 Experience with managing projects related to content management solutions, specifically SharePoint
 Experience with managing project across multiple facets of infrastructure – end user compute, voice services, hosting,
identity, and access management, etc.
 Experience with developing overall project plans with cross dependencies
 Needs to be able to manage a large volume of disparate system projects simultaneously

 Self-starter and self-directed with ability to work in an unstructured environment with ambiguity
 Ability to navigate a large matrix organization to determine key contacts
 Solid written and verbiage communication with a customer service focus
 Exposure to various M&A activities is a plus

 Deliverables to be completed in accordance with standards.
 Work is 100% remote. Travel is not anticipated, if needed a change request will be issued.
 Core working hours are 8 to 5 pm central. Global coverage may require availability beyond the core working hours.
