Working experience in a professional services environment, managing large and mid-sized enterprise customer communication management projects.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in the appropriate field of study (preferably engineering or business management) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, at least 5 years of experience with mid-sized complex systems deployments.
PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience required in Agile methodology and Scrum ceremonies. Agile certification preferred.
Experience required in JIRA or similar tools.
Experience working projects in a matrix environment, across industries.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
Experience negotiating through difficult project situations with customers and internal teams.
Strong project accounting experience and skills.
Extremely strong Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office capabilities.
Referenceable on-time, on-budget, project deliveries with minimal escalations.
Experience in managing projects that leverage OpenText tech stack (Exstream, Empower, etc.) is desired.
Experience using or delivering Content Management / Information management applications is desired.
