Responsibilities:
The BSC will be responsible for the development and documentation of business requirements, creating User Interface mockups, assisting the technical teams in the development and documentation of technical requirements, testing the resultant software (including user Acceptance Testing), creating instruction manuals, teaching the system to end users and assisting users with helpdesk issues.

Skills Required:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Visio
- Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology
- Experience with testing, training and user support
- Experience with UI design
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement
- Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information
- Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

- 4-year college degree or equivalent study - Required
