Required Competencies

?        •5 years program/project managementexperience, successfully implementing large scale, complex projects, with anemphasis on relevant IT projects.

?        Solid understanding of both Agile andtraditional project management principles and practices and the ability toblend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and businessenvironment.

?        Prior HRIS/HRMS implementation experiencestrongly preferred.

?        UKG/Kronos experience strongly preferred
