JOB DETAIL

  • The Business Analyst is responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans.
  • Gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega software.
  • Having certification in Pega Decisioning Consultant would be prefered.
  • Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.
  • Work with stakeholders and development team to determine project scope and vision, gather and prioritize collected requirements.
  • Proficient in utilizing user-centered design methodologies to solve technical problems.
  • Experience creating mockups and wireframes to convey functionality to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process maps and data flow diagrams.
  • Must be able to champion practices that ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation
  • Responsible for conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detailed product and internet systems
  • requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing.
  • The position will be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
  • The position will also identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current
  • clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and
  • goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution.
  • Create deliverables such as activity diagrams, use cases, user stories, entity-relationship diagrams, state transition
  • diagrams, etc.
  • Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configuration.
