- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field; a certification of Cisco certified Network proficiency; and 2-9 years of relevant work experience is required.
Network Engineer (Area Network Operations):
- Location: Onshore-work from home.

- Skill set requirement: Must be proficient in Cisco routers and switches, Arista switches and Cloud Vision Portal, Nexus switches, python scripting, Cisco WLC and LWAPP, Solarwinds network configuration manager (NCM).
- Functional role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following related to Network infrastructure:
- Performs and leads complex infrastructure project assignments.
- Plan, research, evaluate, design and analyze performance of complex infrastructure systems.
- Provides advanced technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Adhere and advocate change management policies, incident management and trouble response scenarios.
- Prepare cost estimates, justifications, application requirements, alternative solutions, and technical recommendations.
- Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team or department.
- Prepare technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards.
- Review and adhere to budgeting and approval processes
- Responsible for the management of ServiceNow tickets including, but not limited to changes, incidents, requests, and projects tasks. This includes creating, updating, and closing out tickets to meet defined SLAs.
