• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape large-scale visions for product areas
• Improve the design processes, principles, and tooling
• Making sure the final product meets the standard in collaboration with developers.
• Preparing, conducting and analyzing user interviews and tests.
• Ability to work within an Agile development environment
• A high level of self-direction, innovation, and imagination
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continuously improve skills and raise quality standards

• Product designer with 5-8 years of experience.
• Good efficiency in FIGMA to design user flows and experiences
• Has experience working with SaaS products.
• Having experience building or contributing to design systems
• Designing complex solutions for complete digital environments is a proven skill
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers and clients to take ideas from conception to release
• Identifying and solving UX issues, visual design problems and the ability to come up with innovative solutions
• Organized, attentive to detail and user-focused
