- Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems raised by customers and internal users.
- Provide resolution through system configuration or data updates.
- Ensuring Applications and Client Use Cases are working as per regular test cases. Automating manual tasks related to application monitoring.
- For solutions requiring development effort or changes, escalating tickets to L3 for ensuring the solutions are provided in a timely and prompt manner. Ensuring prompt communication with customers.
Educational Qualification
- BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers
- MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers
Required Candidate profile
- Scripting: Perl, Python, Shell
- SQL: Ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.
- Computers: Linux GNU utilities, TCP/IP, Simple Routing
- Telecom: VoIP, Asterisk & Wireshark.
