Responsibilities:

• Experience with working in high customer pressure
• Good with bulk Data entry
• Ability to understand technical details of Product codes enter bulk orders into ERP
• Ability to coordinate well with production teams dispatch teams to clear Customer urgencies
• Ability to balance the needs of the Company while still serving the Customer

Required Skills

• Good commutation in English Hindi
• Good knowledge of Excel (Formulas, Macros, Pivot table)
• Good emailing virtual verbal communication skills
