Must have experience in Application support (troubleshooting, monitoring, fixing issues)
Must have good knowledge on incident/problems and change managememnt processes
Must have good hands on experience on SQL/ T-SQL, stored procedures Unix Commands.
Should Understand the assigned work request with minimal supervision
should have the ability to communicate issues, perform RCA, debug/resolve problems which effectively maintaining SLAs.
Should Perform follow up with business stake holders on open queries
