- 5 years of business requirement analysis experience in BFSI
- Proficient with SQL
- Experience in P&C Insurance domain
- Experience working in Insurance Packages (Duck Creek, Majesco, Guidewire, Insurity)
- Experience working in Core Policy module
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should be proactive
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work side by side collaborate with the Business and IT stakeholders, Architect, Scrum master and Implementation team to gather business requirements
- Facilitate requirements meetings, as needed
- Prepare BRD FRD based on the requirements
- Work closely with offshore and customer team from requirement till deployment
- Test the changes and ensure that the changes meet the requirements as specified by business
- Work and support during UAT and make sure deliverable are 100 defect free before delivering to customer
- Should dig through the system to understand the downstream impact of a change
