REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 8 or more years of professional experience in the business analysis and/or quality assurance discipline
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with SAP
Experience working with Testing Software
Experience working on Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
Proven QA Experience, including documenting Test Strategies, Plans and leading testing teams
Proven experience in requirements traceability
Proven experience in generating process and training documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint.

B.A. / B.S. from an accredited institution
CBAP, CCBA or ECBA certification
Minimum of 2 Business Transformation projects with more than 5,000 employees
SAP Implementation (SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, Kronos Workforce Dimensions)
