The Client Services organization is comprised of onboarding-related and client support (helpdesk) capabilities for DTCC and its subsidiaries. Data is a critical component for overseeing the operational health of the function and driving process improvements for our clients and internal stakeholders. Client Services relies on several key tools for day-to-day work, including Salesforce for case and knowledge management and Five9 for contact center software.

The Power BI Developer will support the Client Services leadership team in creating reports and providing transparency into the performance of the various Client Services teams.

Responsibilities will include:
• Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI
• Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries
• Build fully automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools
• Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications
• Be experienced in tools and systems such as Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX
• Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
• Have a good understanding of data visualization techniques and design best practice
• Be able to make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their working
• Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams
• Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset and approach
• Experience with Salesforce and other client service tools is a plus
