- Excellent Communication, Status reporting, Analysis Skills on Campaign Operations
- SPOC for customer & other stakeholders
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to gather the requirements and convert it to DFRs and User stories
- Coordinate and communicate between business users, balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Should have strong data analytical skills and bring out insights from the analyzed data
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Work independently and with team members to understand data and business processes
- Knowledge in Marketing Domain and Audience targeting, Segmentation specifics
- Campaign Operations Knowledge in Marketing Automation (good to have)
- Hands-on in Visualization like PowerBI (good to have)
- Develop presentations for Tools & represent them accordingly
- Responsible for understanding and adapting to new technologies, tools, methods and processes from Microsoft and industry
- Contribute throughout Software development lifecycle (Planning, Implementation, Testing, Documentation, Deployment and maintenance).
- Contribute to technical design documentations, spec reviews, code reviews, design, triage, and other project processes.
- Prepare documentation of deployment, user guides, trouble-shooting steps.
