•    Experience in developing SharePoint online Modern sites using SharePoint Frameworks SPFx with server-side customization.
•    Hands on SharePoint / Office 365 Dev Patterns & Practices (PNP), SPFx framework and Hybrid model.
•    Proficient in implementing Office 365 SharePoint Online and Teams structure such as team sites, communication sites, hubs.
•    Must be able to work on their own on the designing the portal including JavaScript and CSS
•    Must have experience in ASP .NET, C# and IIS web hosting.
•    Experienced in building solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate & PowerApps).
•    Worked in different areas Collaboration, Document Management, Publishing Portal, Web Content Management.
•    Experience building Event Receivers for events at the Item, List, and site levels.
•    Development, consuming, and manipulating data using ADO.NET Framework.
•    Highly competent in gathering user requirements and converting them into software requirement specifications.
•    Should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate to clients independently.
•    Should have good analytical ability to understand the requirement and design the application
•    Have knowledge and experience in cloud hosting technology, cloud services in Amazon Web Services.
•    Should have experience in migrating on Prem application to cloud technology.
•    Be able to drive the discussion with client and make design on the technical approaches
