Build product backlog and collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their future roadmap and planning needs.
Must Haves:
10+ years leading technology teams charged with building high-performing, high-availability platforms and enterprise services in modern technology stacks.
8+ years of leading teams through the product development life cycle: requirements, road mapping, portfolio/project/product management, planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams and product release.
5+ years of experience with transitioning teams to an Agile framework or leading teams following a SAFe Agile Framework.
Ability to create, own, and manage an agile team backlog, define program iterations, define user stories, contribute to roadmap and accept program increments.
Work closely with enablement teas to understand the scope of upcoming enable work and assist with decision-making and sequencing of functionality.
Participate in and at time lead demos and inspect/adapt sessions as part of product sign-off and continuous improvement.
