POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full stack developer with knowledge and understanding of complete
software development process. The successful candidate must have excellent PYTHON
programming/development skills. Candidate needs to consistently deliver high-quality code that
anticipates scale, reliability, monitoring, integration, and extensibility. Candidate needs to
provide technical leadership on his projects. The selected candidate should standardize the
quality assurance procedure for software, should oversee testing and develop fixes as needed.
Initial focus for the candidate would be to build out python based dashboards for our portfolio
managers to visualize/analyze data.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
· 5+ years of experience in designing, implementation, and testing of PYTHON
applications
· Knowledge of at least one Python Web Framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
· Strong OOP skills with hands on experience in Python required
· Intermediate SQL/Database Query experience required
· Knowledge of Html, CSS
· Experience designing web based applications
· Strong analytical ability to learn independently from the code / reverse engineer
· Ability to work well independently and in cross-functional teams
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Exposure to finance (degree/CFA/work experience) is a plus
