JOB DETAIL

As an Information Architect, you will join the Data Platform & Solutions agile team and partner with program and project stakeholders, development, end-users, and process owners to conceptualize and develop highly optimized workflows for enterprise financial applications and tools. will be responsible for leading user flow and user task discussions, question stakeholders, develop process optimization strategies, workflow recommendations, deliverable estimates, project plans, creating and presenting user flows and low fidelity wireframes. The candidate will also collaborate with user researchers, designers and programmers. Additionally, the candidate will act as a champion for user experience by providing thought leadership, suggest automation and smart form field pre-population opportunities, and develop empathy for end users.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Architect our users’ experience by developing scenarios, user flows, journey maps, site maps, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes of enterprise web applications
  • Drive the user workflow review cycle, synthesize feedback, and close on design requirements independently
  • Support and leverage results from ongoing user research and user metrics
  • Work with product owners and leaders to help shape product strategy
  • Act as an advocate for the end user’s experience
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members and managers
  • Be a part of daily/weekly agile ceremonies and present work to peers as needed
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years user experience, information architecture, user experience architecture, interaction design experience.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of interaction design documentation (site maps, transaction flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, design patterns) for digital products
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of interaction design, taxonomies, & information hierarchy
  • Must be highly organized with a lot of attention to detail
  • Must be knowledge of front-end UI technologies and emerging design patterns
  • Must demonstrate User Flows and Wireframes UX prowess with large workflow examples and highly annotated wireframes
